Antique Kitchen Island

I turned an antique side table into a kitchen island by adding 8” height to the table. It was cleaned thoroughly, then waxed to preserve the natural old patina. Just enough sanding done on the top to make it easy to clean, then more buffed-in wax! Drawer bottoms are new, with original, cleaned hardware (not polished). The drawers have been waxed inside and out and glide easily. They are 4” deep and go all the way to the back of the island. This is an original Hawg Haus build!
